Aura Dione zabłysnęła na rynku muzycznym przebojem "I Will Love You Monday" w 2007 r. Urodziła się w Nowym Jorku w 1985 r. ale ma francuskie/duńskie korzenie. Sama nazywa się właśnie duńską wokalistką. Śpiewa, pisze teksty i ponownie podbija Europę i Świat. W Polsce występowała na Orange Warsaw Festival w sierpniu br. Zobaczcie króciutki wywiad z tego eventu. Aura = synteza POPu z elektroniką i folkiem. Instrumenty pojawiające sie w jej nagraniach to fortepian, instrumenty smyczkowe, flet, harfa, cymbałki oraz banjo. Ja odkryłam ją dzięki czwartkowemu wydaniu szwedzkiego dziennika. Właśnie w czwartki w dodatku muzycznym redaktorzy oceniają nowe single/płyty. Singel Aury "Song for Sophie" otrzymał prawie najwyższą ocenę, 4(5). Od tamtej pory nie mogę się oderwać od jej płyty.
